This quarterly event promotes community businesses gathering together to have breakfast and hear a speaker about current events, economics, leadership, etc..  The chamber obtains the speaker and sets up the event at various locations.  The Small Business of the Quarter is awarded at the breakfast. This program is coordinated as needed for local elections. Constituents are invited to experience a question and answer session.

Career Technical Fair

Local high school students spend the day touring Southern Union State Community College’sTechnical Program while meeting with local industries to better understand educational requirements, salary, skill sets and more. For more information, contact .

Christmas Parade

The Chamber launches the holiday season with the annual parade. The parade is always the Wednesday after Thanksgiving and the route weaves through downtown Opelika. For more information contact .
