Annual membership
ONLY $60 A YEAR
Membership is open to all individuals, aged 21-45, who live, work, or play in the Opelika area. Benefits include:

MONTHLY MEETINGS: Once a month, join young professionals for an afternoon or evening of connections through unique events. It is your chance to expand your professional circle in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Mark your calendar for these monthly events:
- March 5th – Networking 101 “Learn How to Market Yourself”
- April 9th – Bingo Night
- April 25th – Tap Takeover
- May 15th – Noon Tunes Takeover
- June 11th – Adulting 101 “How to Buy a House”

- August 29th – TigerTown Sports Takeover

- October 22nd – Self-Awareness 101 “Personality Assessment Opportunities”

QUARTERLY CREW MEETINGS & EVENTS: Attend quarterly crew meetings and events to meet other young professionals over similar interests. Anyone interested in getting involved in OYP is welcome to join a crew that speaks to your passions, talents or budding interests. Our five crews are:

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: Opelika Young Professional members will have exclusive opportunities to meet with community leaders throughout Opelika.

Crews allow our members to bond over shared interests!
Within OYP, members have the opportunity to participate in any of the 5 crews: Arts & Entertainment, Business Development, Community Service, Diversity, and Sports & Recreation! Crews meet quarterly and host events tailored to those shared interests! Members of OYP can be involved in as many crews as they'd like!

Arts & Entertainment
Purpose: To strengthen Opelika’s creative vitality by promoting awareness, participation and education in arts and entertainment.
Business Developement
Purpose: To inspire individuals and businesses to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and implement solutions that benefit Opelika’s economy.
Diversity
Purpose: To champion diversity and inclusion, creating an environment that celebrates the unique perspectives, backgrounds, and talents of every member. Our commitment is to foster an inclusive culture that encourages personal growth, networking, and the shared pursuit of success across diverse fields and industries.”
Sports & Recreation
Purpose: To strengthen Opelika’s community by promoting awareness, participation and education in sports and recreation.
Community Service
Purpose: To unite driven and passionate young individuals dedicated to actively engaging with the community through service initiatives while fostering personal development, professional growth, and a sense of fulfillment while making a positive impact in Opelika and beyond.
